In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in serious harm to affected individuals, pharcade will notify the National Privacy Commission and affected Players in accordance with the requirements of the DPA and NPC regulations.

9. Data Retention

9.1 pharcade retains personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable Philippine law and gaming regulations. The following general retention periods apply:

• Account and identity data: Retained for the duration of your active pharcade Account, plus a minimum of five (5) years following Account closure, in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations;
• Financial transaction data: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction, as required by the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and its implementing rules;
• Gaming activity data: Retained for a minimum of three (3) years from the date of each gaming session, for dispute resolution and regulatory compliance purposes;
• Communications data: Retained for two (2) years from the date of each communication, unless a longer period is required for an ongoing dispute or investigation;
• Technical and log data: Retained for twelve (12) months from the date of collection, unless required for an active security investigation.

9.2 Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, pharcade will securely delete or anonymise your personal data in accordance with its data disposal procedures.

10.3 pharcade may need to verify your identity before processing a data subject request to ensure that personal data is not disclosed to an unauthorised party.

11. Children's Privacy and Age Restriction

11.1 The pharcade platform is strictly intended for individuals aged 21 years and above. pharcade does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

11.2 If pharcade becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, the relevant Account will be immediately suspended, the personal data will be deleted as soon as practicable, and any funds held in the Account will be subject to review in accordance with pharcade's Terms & Conditions.

12. Cross-Border Data Transfers

12.1 pharcade primarily processes and stores personal data within the Philippines.
