3.4 Employees. Employees, contractors, directors, and officers of pharcade, as well as their immediate family members, are not permitted to hold a Player Account or participate in real-money wagering on the Platform.

5.3 You agree to notify pharcade immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. pharcade will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
5.4 pharcade reserves the right to suspend or lock any Account where suspicious activity is detected, pending investigation. We will notify the Account holder as soon as reasonably practicable following any such suspension.
6.1 Accepted Payment Methods. pharcade accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and bank transfer through major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank, as well as debit card. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
6.2 Prohibited Payment Methods. pharcade does not accept cryptocurrency of any kind for deposits or withdrawals. Credit card gambling deposits are not accepted in compliance with current Philippine payment regulations.
6.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum transaction limits may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
6.4 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification. pharcade aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.
6.5 Own Funds. You may only deposit funds that belong to you. You must not deposit funds on behalf of a third party, and you must not use the pharcade Platform to process, transfer, or launder funds of any kind.
6.6 pharcade reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request and to delay processing pending satisfactory completion of such review.

16.2 In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact pharcade's support team to seek an informal resolution. pharcade will use reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint within fifteen (15) business days of receipt.
16.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
